Spiritual Growth Coaching
If you feel a desire to deepen your faith, reconnect with God, or better understand
how to live out your beliefs in everyday life, this is a place to begin.
A Space to Grow in Your Faith
Spiritual growth is the lifelong process of developing a deeper relationship with God and learning to live in alignment with His truth. For many people, faith is important, but understanding how to grow spiritually or how to apply that faith in everyday life can feel unclear.
Some people feel distant from God and want to reconnect. Others desire a deeper understanding of their faith. Many simply want to strengthen their spiritual foundation and live more intentionally.
Spiritual growth coaching provides a space to explore these questions with honesty, reflection, and encouragement.
This program is designed to walk beside you as you deepen your faith, strengthen your relationship with God, and learn how to live out that faith in meaningful ways.
Rather than focusing only on knowledge, this coaching experience focuses on personal transformation—helping you connect what you believe with how you live.
Through thoughtful conversation, reflection, and practical steps, we explore how spiritual growth can influence every part of your life, including your decisions, relationships, mindset, and sense of purpose.

Who This Spiritual Growth Coaching Is Not For
Spiritual growth coaching is designed for individuals who are open to exploring their faith and strengthening their relationship with God. While everyone’s spiritual journey is unique, meaningful growth requires a willingness to reflect, learn, and apply what is discovered. This program may not be the right fit if you are:
Looking for someone to debate or argue about faith
Expecting someone to control or dictate your personal beliefs
Unwilling to reflect honestly on your spiritual life
Hoping for spiritual growth without personal engagement
Spiritual growth is not about being perfect or having all the answers. It is about being willing to seek, learn, and grow. You are welcome exactly where you are in your faith journey, but growth requires a willingness to move forward.
What You Can Expect From Me
As your coach, my role is to walk beside you in a supportive and encouraging way as you explore your spiritual journey. You can expect me to:
Provide a respectful and supportive environment
Share biblical insight and encouragement
Ask thoughtful questions that promote spiritual reflection
Encourage growth while honoring your pace
Support you as you strengthen your relationship with God
This coaching experience is meant to guide and encourage, not pressure or judge.
Meet Joelle
My name is Joelle Bright, and I believe growth happens when someone finally feels seen, understood, and supported.
I am a Jay Shetty Certified Life Coach, a Christian, a wife, mother, grandmother, author, and speaker, and I live in Kentucky, where my life and work are deeply rooted in faith, family, and a desire to help others grow.
For much of my life, I have been passionate about understanding people—how we think, how we grow, what holds us back, and what helps us move forward. Over the years, that passion has turned into a calling to walk beside others as they navigate life’s challenges, discover their purpose, and become the person they were created to be.
My work centers around helping people grow in self-awareness, confidence, clarity, and direction. Many of the people I work with feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure about their next step. Others simply know they want more from life but are not sure how to get there.
Coaching provides a safe space to slow down, reflect honestly, and begin making meaningful changes.
In addition to coaching, I am also an author and speaker, writing and teaching on topics related to personal growth, faith, healing, and life transformation. My work is built on the belief that real change happens when people are given the tools, encouragement, and space to explore who they are and who they want to become. I created Be Still Originals as a place where people can find guidance, encouragement, and practical tools for growth. Through coaching, writing, and speaking, my goal is simple: to help people move forward with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
I believe every person has the ability to grow, heal, and build a life they are proud of. Sometimes we simply need someone willing to walk beside us as we take the next step.
If you are ready to begin that journey, I would be honored to walk alongside you.

Your First Spiritual Coaching Session
You Choose the Pace
Beginning a spiritual coaching journey can feel exciting, but it can also bring a little uncertainty. Many people wonder what the first session will be like or worry about what they should say. There is no “right way” to begin.
For that reason, you can choose how you would like your first session to unfold. Some people prefer to begin slowly by sharing their story, while others prefer to jump directly into the questions or challenges they are facing.
You are always in control of the pace and direction of the conversation. Before your first session, you may choose the approach that feels most comfortable for you.
OPTION 1
The Gentle Start
Exploring Your Faith Journey
Some people prefer to begin with conversation and reflection, taking time to share their experiences and
spiritual background before diving into deeper questions.
This approach allows us to explore your story and understand how your faith has developed over time.
Together we may explore:
Your spiritual background and experiences
Influences that have shaped your beliefs
Moments where your faith felt strong or distant
Questions or desires you currently have about your relationship with God
Sample Questions
What has your faith journey looked like so far?
Were there moments in your life where you felt especially close to God?
Are there times when your faith felt difficult or confusing?
What currently draws you toward spiritual growth?
What do you hope might change as your faith deepens?
This option often feels comfortable for people who appreciate reflection, storytelling, and meaningful conversation.
How to Decide Which Style Is Best for You
There is no better or worse option—only the one that fits your personality and comfort level.
You may prefer the Gentle Start if you tend to:
Enjoy meaningful conversations before making decisions
Like time to reflect before taking action
Prefer building trust before discussing personal challenges
Process thoughts best through storytelling and discussion
Value a relational and conversational approach
OPTION 2
The Focused Start
Addressing Your Spiritual Questions
Some individuals already know what they want to explore or what they feel God is stirring in their life. They may prefer to begin directly with the questions or situations they are currently facing.
This approach focuses on identifying the spiritual challenge you want to explore and beginning to move toward clarity.
Together we may explore:
Questions about faith or spiritual direction
Situations where you desire God’s guidance
Areas where your faith feels uncertain or challenged
Ways to strengthen spiritual habits and practices
Sample Questions
What spiritual question has been on your mind recently?
Where do you feel you most need God's guidance right now?
What spiritual habit or practice would you like to strengthen?
What is one area of your life where you want your
faith to grow?
This option often feels natural for people who
appreciate direct conversation and purposeful exploration.
You may prefer the Focused Start if you tend to:
Enjoy solving problems quickly
Prefer structured conversations with clear direction
Like identifying solutions and action steps right away
Feel comfortable discussing challenges directly
Appreciate practical strategies and forward momentum
You might also consider your learning style:
Reflective learners often prefer the Gentle Start because it allows time to explore ideas and emotions.
Action-oriented learners often prefer the Focused Start because it moves more quickly toward solutions and plans.
You Are Always in Control
One of the most important things to remember is that you guide the flow of the session. You can slow down at any time. You can change direction. You can move deeper into a topic or pause and reflect.
Coaching works best when you feel comfortable, respected, and supported throughout the process. No matter which option you choose, the goal remains the same:
To help you gain clarity, grow in awareness, and begin taking meaningful steps toward the life you want to create.
What makes my coaching different
There are many coaching programs available today, and each one offers something unique. My approach to coaching is rooted in the belief that real growth happens when people are given both the space to reflect and the courage to move forward.
This work is not about fixing people or telling them what they should do with their lives. It is about helping individuals gain the clarity and confidence they need to move forward in a way that aligns with who they truly are. Several things make this coaching experience different.
-
A focus on becoming
Many programs focus only on goals and outcomes. While goals are important, lasting growth happens when we focus on the person we are becoming along the way. Instead of asking only “What do you want to accomplish?” we also ask “Who do you want to become as you move forward?” This shift creates deeper and more sustainable change.
-
a whole-life perspective
Personal growth rarely exists in only one area of life. Career, relationships, habits, beliefs, emotional health, and personal purpose often influence one another. Our conversations take a whole-life approach, helping you understand how different areas of your life interact and where small adjustments can create meaningful progress.
-
Reflection before reaction
Many people move through life reacting to situations without the opportunity to pause and truly examine their thoughts, emotions, and decisions. Coaching creates space for reflection. Through thoughtful questions and guided conversations, clients often discover insights about themselves that they had never noticed before.
-
Encouragement without judgement
Growth requires honesty, but honesty should never come with shame or criticism. Coaching sessions are designed to be a safe place for exploration and growth, where clients can speak openly about their experiences, questions, and challenges.
-
Practical movement forward
Insight is valuable, but growth requires action. Each session helps translate new awareness into small, realistic steps forward that support meaningful change. This balance of reflection and action is where real transformation begins.
Is Spiritual Growth Coaching Right for You?
